"Exactly what I expected"

I ordered a few baby bits and some toys from Babipur, and the website was easy to use. Everything arrived well packed, which I was happy with. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge problem in the end. Has anyone else found the delivery a little slower than expected? Overall, I’m happy with the order and would use them again.

"Really quick delivery"
Ordered this on Monday and it turned up by Wednesday, so I was really pleased with that. No hassle or messing about, and it was all packed fine too. Really happy with how quickly Babipur got it sent out, I’ll definitely use them again.

"Really happy with my Babipur order"
Ordered a few bits from Babipur for my baby and toddler, and I’ve been really happy with everything. The clothes seem to fit well, feel lovely and soft, and they’re comfy enough for crawling and running around in. I also like that the toys and snacks feel genuinely useful for kids, not just nice to look at. Delivery was all fine, as far as I remember, and everything arrived packed nicely. I’d definitely order again.

I really like the stuff they sell, but a few things I wanted were out of stock when I checked. The restock emails did help so I didnt have to keep looking myself, but it took a bit longer than I expected tbh. Still happy overall, just kinda wish the wait wasnt so long

"Surprisingly easy ethical shopping"
I’ve ordered from Babipur a few times now, and to be fair, they do make ethical shopping a lot less of a headache than it usually is. It’s nice not having to investigate every brand like I’m writing a dissertation, since most of what they stock is fair trade, organic, or just better made. I’ve bought clothes, toys, and lunch bits from them, and everything’s been good so far. Delivery was fine too, nothing dramatic. for a shop that could easily feel a bit preachy, it’s actually really handy.

I placed my order in the evening and expected the usual waiting around, which I really can’t be bothered with. I hate when orders just sit there, I hate not knowing what’s going on, and I hate having to keep checking for updates. But with Babipur, it was processed way quicker than I thought. I had an update pretty much the next morning, so there wasn’t any messing about or that annoying long wait. Everything was simple to follow, which was a relief because I really don’t have patience for confusing order updates either. Really happy with how fast they got things moving and I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice products, but the site felt a bit frustrating"
Babipur has some really lovely stuff, and I did find what I wanted in the end, but using the website felt more awkward than it needed to be. Some pages were slow to load, and the filters weren’t always that clear, so I kind of felt like I was being passed around from one page to another just trying to narrow things down. Checkout worked fine eventually, but it took more clicking around than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as it could be.

I did get an answer in the end, but the replies were way slower than I expected. It turned into more of a stressful back-and-forth than it needed to be, especially since I just wanted a simple update. Not the worst experience, but definitely more frustrating than I was hoping for.

I had to get in touch with Babipur about a question on my order , and they replied quickly . The message felt friendly and actually answered what I’d asked , rather than sounding like a copy and paste reply . It did take a little while to get everything fully sorted , so I’d say 4 stars rather than 5 , but overall they were helpful and nice to deal with

"Honestly, Babipur Has Been Ridiculously Reliable"
I’ve ordered from Babipur a few times now the delivery has been so reliable it’s almost shocking. Every parcel has turned up on time, packed properly, and with absolutely no drama at all. I know it sounds like I’m making a big deal out of basic delivery, but in a world where parcels vanish into the void, this feels like a small miracle. Really happy with the whole experience.

I ordered a few little bits from Babipur i’m really happy with them. You know when something arrives and you’re immediately like, “Okay, this actually feels decent”? That was pretty much my reaction. Nothing feels flimsy or cheap, and everything has washed well so far too, which is always the bit I’m secretly waiting to judge. Overall, really pleased with the quality and glad I ordered.

"Good value and easy to order"
I ordered a few bits from Babipur and was really pleased with the prices. I’ve bought similar things from other shops before and some of these were definitely cheaper, without feeling like the quality was any worse. Delivery was straightforward too, no hassle at all. Overall it felt like good value for money and I’d happily order from them again.
